Hard to reach a customer service agent due to no direct number and I am so tired of this problem with so many companies. I am hoping the product will be worth the trouble of getting it ordered.

Would like to cancel subscription

Shipped months after cancelled
- - The subscription was canceled in April, but an August shipping notice and charge appeared.
- - PayPal refunded; LivFresh has not followed up.
Canceled subscription in April. Suddenly in August, I receive notification of shipping, as well as auto-deduction from PayPal.
Contacted customer service, and they claimed no cancelation showed in their system.
I forwarded the email from April which coincidentally has the same CS rep's name. Suddenly there was a cancellation. Then, to get my refund, they wanted me to jump through hoops and take my own time and resources to ship it back to them. I declined, and stated that under the federal Restore Online Shoppers Confidence Act (ROSCA) and Section 5 of the FTC Act, businesses are strictly prohibited from charging without ongoing, explicit consent...which they did not have, since it was cancelled.
Reiterated that they could either send a call tag for it, or tell me to keep it.
They repeated instructions for me to use my time and resources to ship it back.
So...I filed a dispute with PayPal, which refunded. Still haven't heard back from LivFresh.

Livfresh from prompt to cancel my subscription and they made it easy. I dont have a problem with the tooth paste- it was good. I just didnt want any more subscriptions draining my account.

SHOP had you ship it to my old address. Impossible to get a person on the phone to help me.
So someone in New York is enjoying my package just not me.
Somehow SHOP reverted back to my old address on your order. Im in miami now so im out $45 and my livfresh.

A dentist told me about Live Fresh a while ago. I wanted to up my dental health game , so I called for information.
The cost was too much for me at the time. Things changed in my favor and I was able to move forward with my order. Very happy about what is to come.

No one answered, I am starting to feel like this is a scam because I cant seem to find a simple cancel my subscription button on the portal or able to get a live person to cancel this subscription! I cant even remove my credit card information from their portal, I finally got a number and of course no one answered! Do I need to cancel my card?
